Since the 1990s, our staff has run more than 250 medical meetings worldwide, from the United States to Africa, and from Europe to Asia.  The courses have included every teaching format and unexpected challenge imaginable, from cadaver courses in Latin America, to didactic courses in the South African “bush”.  And, of course, we’ve run numerous “traditional” medical meetings in major cities from New York to Los Angeles.

Registration

  • Implement online and offline registration system, and process registrations and hotel reservations

Exhibits / Workshops

  • Develop exhibit prospectus, rules and regulations, and promotional materials
  • Sell exhibit space
  • Manage cadaveric and sawbone workshop planning and implementation
  • Manage grant support solicitation

Syllabus

  • Develop and produce syllabus materials in various formats, including book, online and DVD options.

On-site

  • Manage all meeting details with hotel, registration, audio visual, workshops, exhibits, and social events

Accounts

  • Manage all revenues and bill payment
  • Provide detailed meeting financial reports and accounts

Post-meeting

  • Manage all post-meeting accounting, evaluation summation, and CME credit processing.

Compliance

  • Identify all ACCME and related regulations that must be observed
