Statement of educational need

The statement of educational need for the online modules produced from the SMISS 2009 Annual Meeting is:  Update spine surgeons regarding recent research and clinical outcomes regarding minimally invasive spine surgery procedures utilized to treat spinal deformity, degenerative, trauma and tumor disorders, at all levels of the spine.

There are no fees for participating in and receiving CME credit for this activity. During the period March 1, 2010 through February 28, 2011, participants must:

  3. complete the posttest 
  4. complete the evaluation form, and 
  5. submit the completed post test and evaluation form via www.SpineCME.org

Participants will be able to their statement of credit upon submission of the completed posttest and evaluation with a score of 80% or better.
